About the Role

You will develop, maintain, and optimize core blockchain client software, including node implementation, peer-to-peer networking, and consensus mechanisms. You will implement performance, stability, and security improvements; review code; troubleshoot synchronization, state management, and transaction processing issues; and contribute to documentation and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 2–3 years of engineering experience, preferably in infrastructure development and maintenance
• Strong coding skills, clear logical thinking, and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with Rust or Golang, with Rust proficiency preferred
• Experience with distributed systems, concurrent programming, and network protocols
• Prior blockchain infrastructure and client development experience is a bonus
• Understanding of consensus algorithms, state transition models, and cryptography is a bonus
• Open-source project experience is a bonus
• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization techniques is a bonus
