About the Role
You will lead business performance analysis across products such as cross-border payments, wallets, trading, or infrastructure services. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to extract actionable insights that improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will build and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports to support business reviews and strategic planning. You will track and analyze KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, market activity, and product usage. You will conduct competitive analysis and market research within the cross-border space to identify trends and innovation opportunities. You will serve as a strategic partner, helping product and business teams validate ideas with data and recommend initiatives based on performance metrics. You will design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies. You will clearly communicate findings and strategy proposals to stakeholders in fluent English, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2-5+ years of experience in business analysis or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years focused on Internet/cross-border products
- Strong understanding of cross-border product models
- Proficient in data analysis tools: SQL, Excel, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with Python/R for modeling or statistical analysis is a plus
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for executive decision-making
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, or decentralized work environments
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
