You will process comprehensive tenant and applicant background checks, covering criminal records, credit history, evictions, and more. You'll review results carefully to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and you'll communicate findings professionally to clients and internal teams. You'll collaborate with teammates to resolve discrepancies or complex cases, and you'll look for ways to improve screening processes, workflows, and turnaround times. You should be ready to support night and weekend coverage as business needs require. No prior screening experience is required, just strong computer skills, great phone and people skills, and a highly detail-oriented, organized approach.
