About the Role
You will build and maintain backend services that make crypto products easy to use. You will integrate payment providers, create APIs for mobile and web applications, support ledger-to-blockchain integration, maintain CI/CD and security infrastructure, and work with product to ship and iterate quickly. You will help define the technical roadmap and platform architecture, establish maintainable test-driven code standards, and own projects from delivery through execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in backend
- Java fluency
- Be based in Europe or able to work in European time zones
Responsibilities
- Integrate third-party providers for payment flows, including card issuing processors, card acquirers, and bank processors
- Build APIs for mobile and web applications
- Support integration of the in-house ledger with the blockchain
- Maintain the CI/CD pipeline and security infrastructure
- Work closely with product to ship quickly and iterate often
- Help define the technical roadmap and platform architecture
- Establish high-quality, maintainable, test-driven code standards across engineering
- Take ownership of projects and drive them
