About the Role
You will develop foundational systems that support data, cloud, machine learning, and product infrastructure. You will manage multi-vendor GPU capacity and scheduling, build training and inference systems, monitor performance, and improve reliability and code quality through testing and reviews.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience with scalable and performant systems
- Proficiency in Python or C++
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of API design and development
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable foundational systems
- Build data infrastructure for analytics
- Manage and schedule multi-vendor GPU capacity
- Build machine learning training and inference infrastructure
- Create product infrastructure foundations
- Collaborate with product engineers and AI researchers
- Monitor backend systems for performance issues, errors, and anomalies
- Implement fixes and improvements
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, pair programming, and unit and integration tests
- Stay current with systems technologies and best practices
