About the Role
Design and implement scalable solutions integrating August infrastructure with third-party DeFi protocols. Parse smart contract functions and transactions, build backend pricing services, develop Python microservices, design PostgreSQL data models, and collaborate across engineering and sales trading teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of backend software development experience.
- Proficiency with design patterns, OOP in Python, and microservice architectures.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases.
- Experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of blockchain and traditional finance systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable backend systems in a Python microservice architecture.
