Swarm is a blockchain platform that tokenizes real-world assets (RWAs) such as publicly-traded stocks, bonds, and gold, enabling compliant, 24/7 decentralized trading. It serves retail investors, institutional market participants (banks, hedge funds, broker-dealers, asset managers), and on-chain entities like stablecoin issuers and treasury managers.

About Swarm
Swarm brings traditional financial assets on-chain through a compliant, hybrid blockchain platform. It tokenizes publicly-traded securities (e.g., MicroStrategy, Coinbase, Nvidia stock), tokenized gold, and other real-world assets such as real estate, carbon credits, private holdings, and bonds, with underlying assets held by institutional custodians and backed 100%, redeemable, and subject to monthly disclosures. Its issuing entity, SwarmX, acquires the publicly-traded securities that back the on-chain tokens, and the Swarm dOTC protocol enables peer-to-peer transactions via autonomous smart contracts. The platform offers self-custody, real-time asset verification, and 24/7 DeFi trading, and also allows clients to build their own white-label marketplaces. Swarm serves retail investors as well as institutional players such as banks, hedge funds, broker-dealers, asset managers, and alternative investment sectors (real estate, tech secondaries, carbon, music), plus crypto-native entities like stablecoin issuers and treasury managers seeking lower-risk on-chain collateral.
