About the Role
You will develop and enhance virtual-asset exchange platform services, design and implement customer-facing features, build stable and scalable RESTful APIs, optimize high-performance service architectures, and improve service performance, stability, and operations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of backend development experience
- Experience developing and operating real service projects with at least one programming language
- Ability to design and implement complex business logic in stable architectures
- Experience developing Java or Kotlin Spring Boot services
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Experience using databases and cache systems such as RDBMS and Redis
- Development and operations experience in AWS
- Experience using Git for source control
- Experience using ORM technologies such as JPA and QueryDSL
- Practical understanding and experience with transaction processing and data consistency
- Ability to collaborate effectively with planning, frontend, QA, and other functions
- Interest in long-term system design focused on readability, scalability, and stability
- Problem-solving ability and initiative when addressing difficult technical issues
- Experience developing asynchronous services with Spring WebFlux
- Experience managing distributed transactions and data consistency in MSA environments
- Backend development and operations experience in financial exchanges or fintech
- Experience developing order-type systems such as TWAP, Iceberg, and Stop-Loss
- Experience developing systems for institutional investors through Open API integrations
