About the Role
You will lead B2B marketing expansion across Central and Eastern Europe. You will build and execute multilingual outbound campaigns, own regional events and webinars, collaborate on account-based marketing and retargeting, analyze campaign performance, and localize messaging for CEE business audiences.
Requirements
- Fluent Polish speaker
- Fluent English speaker
- Experience implementing marketing projects from start to finish and owning ROI
- Broad growth marketing knowledge, including analysis, performance marketing, campaign planning, and event organization
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Ability to act as the local directly responsible individual for marketing operations
Responsibilities
- Drive B2B lead generation and brand awareness across Central and Eastern Europe
- Build and execute multilingual outbound sequences
- Own local industry events, user conferences, and webinars end to end
- Collaborate on account-based marketing initiatives and localized retargeting
- Monitor campaign performance, produce executive reporting, and recommend data-driven optimizations
- Adapt global messaging for CEE business cultures
