About the Role
You will train, fine-tune, and deploy capable policies for vision-language-action systems. You will shape data collection, develop synthetic-data workflows, maintain continuous training pipelines, and work with platform teams to scale distributed training and real-time edge inference.
Requirements
- 3+ years building deep-learning systems with shipped models or published artifacts
- Experience with LLMs, VLMs, or image/video generative models
- Experience with streaming datasets, checkpointing, state management, and distributed training
- Python
- PyTorch or JAX
- Modern software engineering practices
- Experiment documentation and communication
Responsibilities
- Post-train policies using behavior cloning and reinforcement learning
- Own the data-to-deployment policy-training loop
- Guide data collection, identify failure modes, and ensure dataset coverage
- Coordinate with external partners on pretraining-scale data
- Run pretraining, mid-training, and post-training on the VLA stack
- Build and maintain pipelines for synthetic data, teleoperation logs, labeling, curation, and retraining
- Scale distributed training and optimize models for real-time edge inference
