About the Role

You execute core rates cash and derivative trades for fixed income teams, provide best execution and market intelligence, manage orders and workflows, support bespoke derivative transactions, and build relationships with portfolio managers, internal groups, and sell-side counterparties.

Requirements

• Significant fixed income trading experience across multiple products
• Familiarity with LDI market mechanics and nuances
• Competence with swap analysis and pricing, including CSA valuation
• Experience trading on electronic platforms such as Tradeweb, MarketAxess, and FLEX
• Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize demands in a high-volume, pressurized business
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Advanced degree or CFA preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide best execution in core rates cash and derivative markets
• Execute vanilla IRS and futures transactions
• Execute cash market auctions and syndications
• Assist with bespoke derivative transactions including re-couponing, CSA changes, and novations
• Price derivative nuances across varying CSA limitations
• Disseminate market intelligence and flow information
• Develop relationships with sell-side counterparties
• Manage orders, workflows, and trade prioritization
