About the Role

You will conduct quantitative research, analyze data and post-trade results, and develop trading signals, models, and algorithms. You will own and monitor production models, improve electronic-trading workflows, apply AI and machine learning, and translate trading needs into scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • 3+ years of relevant quantitative research, algorithm development, data science, or related experience
  • Python
  • SQL
  • Experience with large and complex datasets
  • Understanding of software development practices and the production model lifecycle
  • Written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quantitative research, data analysis, and post-trade evaluation
  • Develop trading signals, models, and algorithms
  • Own, monitor, review, and govern production models and algorithms
  • Contribute to electronic-trading platform and workflow design
  • Apply AI and machine learning to research, analytics, and automation
  • Translate research and trading needs into scalable production solutions
