About the Role

Coordinate marketing-led and cross-functional projects from initiation through completion, managing timelines, stakeholder input, deliverables, documentation, review workflows, distribution lists, recurring meetings, reporting, vendor coordination, workflow monitoring, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Asana, Monday.com, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or a similar CMS platform
  • Ability to support marketing initiatives across wealth and institutional segments

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing projects from initiation through completion
  • Coordinate campaign logistics across email, advertising, web, thought leadership, and social channels
  • Serve as an initial point of contact for incoming marketing requests
  • Review project requests to clarify objectives, timelines, and requirements
  • Help assign and schedule projects to balance workload and priorities
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and next steps
  • Maintain project documentation, including calendars, briefs, timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and archived deliverables
  • Coordinate and maintain Salesforce distribution lists, audience segmentation, and contact data
  • Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes to stakeholders and escalate risks or delays
  • Route materials through review and approval channels
  • Maintain version control and review history for project materials
  • Coordinate recurring marketing meetings and cross-functional project tracking
  • Centralize coordination for high-priority and complex marketing initiatives
  • Identify workflow, process, and collaboration improvements
  • Support marketing operations reporting on project status, capacity, and resources
  • Liaise with vendors, agencies, and platform partners to support campaign execution
  • Monitor workflow performance and recurring bottlenecks
  • Recommend process and tool enhancements
