Associate Manager - Product Marketing

About the Role

You will own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy. You will translate complex technical features into clear, outcome-driven narratives, launch new features, enable sales teams, drive adoption, conduct customer interviews and win/loss analyses, and create sales enablement assets while measuring and optimizing messaging effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in Product Marketing for B2B SaaS, Fintech, Infrastructure, or Enterprise platforms
  • Experience in go-to-market execution, product launches, and sales enablement
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience creating decks, messaging frameworks, and customer-facing collateral
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments
  • Experience in digital assets, custody, wallets, blockchain infrastructure, or cybersecurity (good to have)
  • Exposure to global markets (APAC, EMEA) (good to have)
  • Experience marketing to institutional or enterprise buyers (good to have)
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks related to digital assets (good to have)

Responsibilities

  • Develop product positioning and messaging for different customer segments
  • Own end-to-end go-to-market plans for feature releases and product launches
  • Conduct customer interviews and win/loss analyses to gather feedback
  • Support pipeline growth and conversions by working with Sales, SDRs, and Customer Success
  • Collaborate with content and growth teams to support campaigns, website messaging, and thought leadership
  • Measure and optimize messaging effectiveness using funnel and adoption metrics
  • Create sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, FAQs, and demos
