About the Role

You will administer and review user access across infrastructure systems, enforce least-privilege controls, maintain the connection between IT accounts and individual identities, support access-management controls, improve IAM processes and tools, and maintain process documentation. You will also help meet audit and compliance requirements and perform other tasks assigned by your immediate head.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience
• In-depth knowledge of access management controls across infrastructure systems
• AWS IAM and Directory Service setup knowledge
• Experience administering user access and enforcing least privilege
• Experience conducting regular user access reviews
• Knowledge of audit policy compliance
• Experience mapping IT accounts to individual identities
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Communication skills
• Documentation skills
• Experience with other AWS services is a plus

Responsibilities

• Maintain system access in accordance with company policy
• Administer user access and application controls using least privilege and approved service requests
• Conduct regular user access reviews and remediate access compliance activities
• Maintain the organization of IT accounts and individual identities
• Support access-management control activities across infrastructure systems
• Identify opportunities to streamline IAM processes for audit and compliance requirements
• Follow, maintain, and develop process documentation
• Improve tools and technologies supporting IAM processes
• Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate head
