About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for users through live chat and tickets. You will resolve everyday issues, provide clear answers, share feedback that improves customer journeys, meet response and satisfaction goals, and work scheduled evening and weekend shifts when required.
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Another EU language is an advantage
- Interest in fintech investing or crypto
- Familiarity with crypto wallets DEXs or trading is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple chats while providing accurate answers
