About the Role
You will manage client bookings and ensure booking data is complete accurate and compliant with revenue recognition standards. You will process payments coordinate with agents clients and cash management teams resolve invoice and tax questions provide reporting support forecasting and collections and improve booking processes. You will also maintain strong stakeholder relationships and handle ad hoc requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance Business or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience preferred
- Entertainment experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- Organization and attention to detail
- Proactive persistence and follow-up
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of fundamental accounting principles
- Relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with financial or enterprise systems such as NetSuite
Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with assigned agents and assistants to ensure complete and accurate booking data
- Process client payments quickly accurately and in compliance with legal and tax requirements
- Liaise with clients and agents on invoices statements debits tax matters and account questions
- Enter and maintain client bookings and review data for accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with other companies to complete booking details
- Provide reporting to agents to support forecasting collections and client performance insights
- Coordinate with Cash Management to apply payments to the correct bookings
- Provide customer service to agents and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve client booking processes
- Build relationships based on trust and confidentiality
- Handle ad hoc requests
