About the Role

You will assemble precision electromechanical hand subassemblies, including motors, encoders, PCBs, and harnesses. You will use calibrated tools and inspection equipment to meet tight tolerances, record build and inspection data, identify defects before handoff, and collaborate on process improvements across shifts.

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of precision electromechanical, micro assembly, or similar fine-component manufacturing experience
• Assemble miniature components including motors, gearboxes, encoders, PCBs, and fine-pitch connectors
• Use precision hand tools, calibrated torque instruments, and dimensional inspection tools
• Apply ESD handling procedures and controlled-environment protocols
• Maintain reliable attendance and work scheduled shifts in a team environment
• Demonstrate professional written and verbal English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Build hand subassemblies to specification and prevent defects from passing downstream
• Meet shift production targets while maintaining quality, uptime, and conformance
• Catch and document defects, process deviations, and material issues
• Maintain accurate build logs and inspection data
• Surface issues, propose improvements, and coordinate with engineering and other shifts
