About the Role
You will develop state-of-the-art text, image, and speech models. You will run pre-training and post-training workloads, generate and curate training data, evaluate models, build tooling for data generation, training, evaluation, and deployment, develop agent and RAG pipelines, and manage research projects and client communications.
Requirements
- Communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- PyTorch or JAX expertise
- Python programming
- Experience contributing to a large codebase
