About the Role
You will own AI security controls across AI tools, MCP integrations, and AI-to-service connections. You will audit use of AI tools, establish policies and guardrails, maintain access inventories, evaluate new integrations, test controls through red-teaming, and document secure patterns for non-security users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Professional software development experience
- Experience with services, APIs, and permissions
- Hands-on experience using AI coding or productivity tools in business-critical workflows
- Knowledge of least privilege, sandboxing, trust boundaries, and threat modeling
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Audit AI-tool and MCP-integration usage involving sensitive systems, data, or credentials
- Design and implement AI security guardrails, permissions, and sandboxing patterns
- Maintain inventories of MCP servers and AI-to-service connections
- Partner with users to implement secure-by-default AI workflows
- Evaluate AI tools, plugins, and integration requests
- Test and red-team AI security guardrails
- Document accessible security guidance and patterns
