About the Role
You will build internal agentic workflows from prototype to production, integrate systems with operational tools, and replace tools where appropriate. You will own evaluations, guardrails, monitoring, and measurable automation outcomes while iterating with support, go-to-market, and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience building internal tooling adopted by users
- Hands-on experience with ticketing, CRM, sales operations, or customer-facing workflows
- Deep backend orientation and end-to-end systems understanding
- Security awareness for permissions, blast radius, and agent actions
- Ability to evaluate automation impact quantitatively
