About the Role
You will build internal AI tools and automations that improve workflows across business units. You will translate ambiguous requirements into concrete plans and present them to stakeholders for buy in. You will contribute to a shared TypeScript substrate used by internal AI tools, helping your work compound with the efforts of others. You will collaborate closely with business teams to understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI leverage. Over time you will help shape the internal AI strategy and avoid shipping isolated one off automations. You will work cross functionally with DevOps and Security through the standard prioritization workflow to ensure robust scalable solutions.
Requirements
- TypeScript proficiency
- Demonstrable AI native engineering experience with GitHub projects Open Source contributions or working implementations using LLM tooling or AI frameworks
- DevOps and Security knowledge and understanding of best practices and foreseeable challenges

Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end build of internal AI tools and automations: requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, design, implementation, deployment, and iteration.
- Translate ambiguity into a coherent product plan and present it to stakeholders to gain buy in.
- Build on a shared TypeScript substrate used by internal AI tools to ensure your work compounds with others.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to understand their workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI leverage.
- Think holistically and help shape the internal AI strategy over time rather than shipping isolated automations.
- Work cross-functionally with DevOps and Security through the standard prioritization workflow.
