About the Role

You will build agent workflows that interact with browsers, codebases, and APIs; evaluate model behavior; develop tool, memory, and evaluator frameworks; create data pipelines for SFT and RL training; design prompting and benchmarking systems; and partner with customers and stakeholders to align AI behavior with user expectations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• At least one year working directly on AI/ML-powered applications
• Fluency in AI tooling such as OpenAI APIs and Anthropic APIs
• Practical understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic architectures
• Experience building production systems integrating external environments
• Experience with code execution, browser automation or API orchestration
• Familiarity with benchmarks such as SWE-bench or evaluation strategies for tool-using agents
• Background in reinforcement learning or data-centric AI approaches

Responsibilities

• Build autonomous and semi-autonomous agent workflows
• Evaluate model behavior in live environments
• Develop reinforcement learning approaches for end-to-end agent systems
• Design modular frameworks for tools, memory and evaluators
• Develop data pipelines for usage-data collection, transformation and annotation
• Design agent libraries, prompting strategies and benchmarking frameworks
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders
