About the Role
You will serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers and own their technical account plans. You will lead discovery, design AI architectures, guide evaluations and proofs of value, coordinate specialists, and track adoption and customer outcomes. You will translate customer insights into reusable architecture guidance and product improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles including solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success
- Experience guiding enterprise customers from evaluation through production adoption
- Software and cloud architecture foundations
- Knowledge of APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security, and privacy
- Knowledge of LLM models, agentic applications, model evaluation, retrieval, or enterprise AI workflows
- Ability to prototype and work with APIs, SDKs, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience developing technical account plans and prioritizing customer portfolios
- Industry expertise or digital-native business knowledge
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and relationship owner for customer accounts
- Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead discovery to identify and prioritize business use cases
- Develop AI architectures spanning models, applications, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
- Guide technical evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
- Maintain use-case portfolios, decision criteria, ownership, success measures, and adoption plans
- Develop relationships with customer technical and business stakeholders
- Coordinate deployment, implementation, enablement, product, domain, and partner specialists
- Track adoption, usage, account health, production readiness, and customer impact
- Share customer insights with product, engineering, and research
