About the Role
You will own technical strategy for a portfolio of education customers, guiding them from discovery and evaluation through deployment, adoption, and measurable institutional impact. You will create account plans and AI architectures, run workshops and prototypes, coordinate specialists, track adoption and risks, and turn customer insights into product feedback.
Requirements
- Customer-facing technical experience in solutions architecture, solutions engineering, technical account leadership, AI deployment, or technical customer success
- Experience guiding complex organizations from evaluation through production adoption and measurable value realization
- Software and cloud architecture knowledge, including API, distributed system, data integration, identity, security, and privacy
- Knowledge of modern AI systems, frontier LLM, agentic application, model evaluation, retrieval, or enterprise AI workflow
- Ability to prototype and work with API, SDK, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience developing technical account plans and prioritizing complex customer portfolios
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for education customers and prospects
- Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
- Lead discovery to identify and prioritize education use cases
- Design AI architectures spanning models, applications, data, identity, integrations, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
- Guide customers through evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
- Create actionable adoption roadmaps with milestones, ownership, governance, risks, and success measures
- Build relationships with institutional technical and academic stakeholders
- Coordinate delivery, implementation, enablement, security, product, research, and partner specialists
- Track adoption, account health, production readiness, and customer impact
- Share reusable education patterns and customer feedback with Product, Engineering, and Research
