About the Role
You will build smooth, stable Android products for social investing experiences. You will own features from design through launch, collaborate with product, design, backend, web, and data partners, and work with Kotlin, Android APIs, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines, Flow, Retrofit, and Room.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional Android development experience building consumer applications at scale
- Experience with Kotlin and Compose
- Proficiency in Kotlin or Java and Jetpack
- Knowledge of Android SDK, Jetpack Compose, MVVM, Coroutines, Flow, RxJava, Retrofit, and Room
- Ability to write clean, readable, and maintainable code
- Product sense and ability to collaborate with product managers and designers
- Communication skills and technical problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Build Android products using Kotlin and Android APIs
- Own features from inception through design, implementation, and launch
- Collaborate with product designers, product managers, backend developers, and data teams
- Develop feed, sharing, onboarding, and creator-facing experiences
