About the Role
You will design, implement, and optimize data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions. You will work with data, product, analytics, and citizen developer teams; establish data engineering practices focused on quality, security, and scalability; and use Python, SQL, databases, Linux, and DevOps tools.
Requirements
- 1+ years of data engineering experience, preferably in the financial sector
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience with Snowflake, PostgreSQL, Greenplum, or similar databases
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of Linux and Bash
- Experience working in an agile development team
- Experience with DevOps and Azure DevOps
