About the Role
You manage multi-currency funding, daily foreign exchange exposure, client FX conversions, daily FX report checks, and loan and borrowing transactions. You investigate discrepancies, ensure portfolios are funded, and collaborate with internal departments to process deals accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge or work experience in Money Market products including Loans, Deposits and Fixed Income
- Knowledge or work experience in FX products including FX Spot, FX Swaps and FX Forwards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Meticulousness when dealing with large numbers and numbers with many decimal places
- Ability to leverage digital tools
- Advanced MS Excel skills are advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-currency funding for EIS Singapore and EIS Hong Kong
- Manage daily short-term foreign exchange exposure for EIS Singapore and EIS Hong Kong
- Square open FX positions by the end of the day
- Attend to FX conversion requests from EIS clients
- Check daily FX reports for accurate client trade rates and FX transactions
- Investigate discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal departments on FX, loan and borrowing dealings
- Ensure deals are processed accurately and on time
