About the Role
As Analyst, Capital Markets Intelligence and CRM, you will run the information systems that the entire Capital Markets Group depends on. You will produce the daily capital markets intelligence digest and the Friday weekly rollup, monitor a multilingual global source set, and track the distressed and special situations landscape across gaming and interactive entertainment. You will build and maintain institutional records in the relationship platform, operate the prospect staging and promotion workflow, and keep the audit trail on data provenance. You will prepare meeting briefs for every Tier 1 interaction, support materials for investor meetings and roadshows, maintain the global events calendar, and run event follow-up operations. The role offers direct exposure to fund formation, private placements, and credit and distressed situations, daily interaction with senior leadership, and a defined development path toward coverage or capital formation responsibility.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, equity or credit research, management consulting, or a data intensive operations seat at a financial institution
- Working knowledge of the gaming and interactive entertainment ecosystems is a plus
- Excellent research and business writing skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce administration concepts, SQL, or automation tooling preferred
- Strong working proficiency in Excel and CRM or comparable structured data systems
- Meticulous attention to detail and high throughput
- Discretion with confidential information and a high degree of ethics and integrity
- Professional working proficiency in one or more of Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Arabic, Portuguese or Spanish is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
- SIE examination passed or scheduled preferred
Responsibilities
- Produce the daily capital markets intelligence digests and the Friday weekly rollup
- Monitor the defined multilingual source set and flag regionally significant items to coverage heads
- Track the distressed and special situations landscape across gaming and interactive entertainment
- Prepare screening one-pagers on qualifying situations for the weekly pipeline call
- Build institutional records in the firm's relationship platform with enrichment, deduplication and tiering support
- Operate the prospect staging and promotion workflow and support the quarterly tiering refresh
- Maintain the audit trail on data provenance and consent context
- Prepare meeting briefs for every Tier 1 interaction at least 24 hours in advance
- Log meeting outcomes and next actions in the platform
- Support materials preparation for investor meetings, roadshows and transaction processes
- Maintain the global events calendar with rolling 30, 60 and 90 day action lists
- Run event follow-up operations and promote qualified contacts into the platform
