About the Role
You will shape the AI strategy for the marketing function and turn high-impact opportunities into adopted solutions. You will map workflows, prioritise requests against business outcomes, define success metrics, and track results. You will build no-code and low-code AI agents, configure skills and MCP tools, manage agent performance, and iterate or replace solutions as tools evolve. You will coordinate a Champion network, run adoption activities, and partner with an AI Engineer on scalable and secure technical delivery.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of function operations and end-to-end processes.
- Strategic prioritisation skills and ability to manage competing demands.
- Product management mindset, including intake, backlog, iteration, adoption, and success metrics.
- Strong communication and influence skills.
- Cross-functional process understanding.
- Experience building peer networks or communities of practice.
- Ability to build working AI agents, configure skills, connect MCP servers, and troubleshoot.
- Experience with or willingness to learn no-code and low-code AI platforms, prompt engineering, and agent configuration.
- Conceptual understanding of AI capabilities including summarisation, classification, generation, automation, and agentic workflows.
- Ability to map structured and unstructured data flows.
Responsibilities
- Own the function's AI strategy and align it with executive and business priorities.
- Map end-to-end workflows, identify constraints, and find high-impact AI opportunities.
- Manage AI requests, ideas, and pain points from across the function.
- Prioritise AI work against business outcomes and executive guidance.
- Drive AI adoption and change management through feedback loops, office hours, onboarding, and rollout iteration.
- Build and coordinate a Champion network across sub-teams.
- Build AI agents with no-code and low-code platforms.
- Author and refine skills files for AI agents.
- Configure MCP servers and tools with the AI Engineer.
- Own the function's fleet of agents, track KPIs, run evaluations, and iterate on performance.
- Sunset and rebuild agent solutions when better approaches emerge.
