About the Role
You will design pretraining, SFT, and RL data for CAD, CAE, and semiconductor engineering tasks. You will define verifiers and evaluation criteria, improve agent architectures and harnesses, build diagnostic benchmarks, and collaborate with domain experts to identify high-value workflows.
Requirements
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Deep hands-on machine learning expertise, particularly LLM development
- Experience running, debugging, and validating engineering workflows in CAD, CAE, semiconductor simulation, or EDA
- Python programming
- Comfort working in Linux and HPC environments
