Its platform includes Navigator for building, training, and deploying custom models; Companion, an on-device AI assistant; Runtime for distributed workload orchestration; webFrame for optimized inference and training; Network for secure local connectivity; and a CLI for programmatic management. The company emphasizes data sovereignty, local deployment, predictable costs, and support for edge devices and private clusters.
Skills
About the Role
You will conduct hands-on AI research in a high-uncertainty environment. You will design and train novel architectures, define benchmarks and loss functions, evaluate emerging research, and build proof-of-concept models. You will document findings and mentor engineers on the mathematical aspects of the models.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of postdoctoral or industrial research experience, or equivalent university experience, with a track record of publications or significant model releases.
- Demonstrate mastery of linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
- Demonstrate deep proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Hold a PhD in Machine Learning, Mathematics, Physics, or a highly quantitative field.
Responsibilities
- Design and train novel architectures, including Transformers, State-Space Models, and Diffusion models, to solve complex business problems.
- Lead hypothesis testing by defining evaluation benchmarks and loss functions aligned with human intent.
- Review and apply or improve upon current research from ArXiv and academic conferences.
- Build proof-of-concept models that improve accuracy, speed, or reasoning capability.
- Document findings and mentor engineers on the mathematical nuances of models.
