About the Role
You will build internal tools and automation for AI operations, support AI infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments, troubleshoot LLM integrations and production issues, and maintain monitoring and deployment workflows. You will work with internal stakeholders to improve reliability and usability.
Requirements
- Experience in IT Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or AI infrastructure and support
- Experience operating complex production systems
- Experience with AI platforms, LLM integrations, or AI-powered applications
- Exposure to Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or similar models
- Linux administration knowledge
- Python or Bash scripting and automation experience
- Familiarity with Terraform, Ansible, Chef, or Kubernetes
- Experience troubleshooting production systems and using monitoring or observability tools
- Technical communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Build internal tooling, automation, and self-service solutions for AI operations
- Support and maintain enterprise AI platforms across cloud-based and on-premises environments
- Troubleshoot LLM integrations, APIs, model behavior, and system performance
- Monitor Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini API usage, token consumption, performance, and reliability
- Implement monitoring, observability, and deployment workflows for AI systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve enterprise AI solutions
