About the Role

You will transform how work gets done by embedding AI into daily operations. You will audit current workflows, identify high-impact opportunities, design and iterate prompts and prompt chains, build repeatable AI workflows and automations, integrate tools with the existing stack, train staff, and measure adoption and impact. You will ship quick wins, maintain a living prompt library and AI playbook, and report progress to founders while continuously improving systems based on usage data.

Requirements

• Hands-on daily experience using AI tools to build systems that improve work quality and speed
• Experience with agentic frameworks
• Proven track record of deploying production AI workflows with measurable impact
• Strong prompt engineering skills across models (GPT Claude Gemini)
• Systems thinking with ability to design scalable workflows
• Exceptional communication skills for translating AI concepts to non-technical and executive stakeholders
• Background in operations product strategy or engineering
• High ownership mentality and drive to ship production systems
• Comfort working in fast-moving ambiguous environments
• Scripting proficiency (Python JavaScript) preferred
• Experience in crypto Web3 or high-growth tech environments preferred
• Previous experience building internal AI capability preferred

Responsibilities

• Audit AI usage and operational workflows to identify high-leverage improvement opportunities
• Prioritize and roadmap AI implementation opportunities by time savings output quality and strategic impact
• Identify recurring bottlenecks in research reporting communications and decision-making for AI-assisted automation or augmentation
• Design test and iterate on prompts and prompt chains to deliver reliable high-quality outputs for specific business functions
• Build and document repeatable AI workflows for reporting analysis planning and communications
• Develop and maintain evaluation criteria for AI output quality and reliability
• Maintain a living prompt library organized by function with version history and performance notes
• Implement AI-driven automation for reporting pipelines research summaries meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-through
• Integrate AI tooling with Slack Notion Monday.com and Google Workspace to reduce manual handoffs
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms with a clear build vs buy vs configure framework
• Scope agentic workflow builds to replace multi-step manual processes
• Train leadership and cross-functional teams on AI tools workflows and best practices
• Build and maintain the organization’s AI playbook as a living searchable reference
• Create lightweight documentation and training materials to enable self-service on core AI workflows
• Track and report AI adoption metrics including hours saved output quality adoption rates and processes improved
• Iterate on AI workflows based on usage data and team feedback
• Report AI impact and the organizational adoption roadmap directly to founders
