About the Role

Transform how work gets done by auditing workflows, designing prompts and AI systems, building automations, integrating tools, training teams, measuring impact, and maintaining an AI playbook.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on daily experience using AI tools in real work contexts.
  • Experience with agentic frameworks.
  • Proven experience deploying production AI workflows with measurable impact.
  • Strong prompt engineering skills across GPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar models.
  • Systems thinking and ability to design scalable workflows.
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Background in operations, product, strategy, or engineering.
  • High ownership and ability to ship production systems.
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Python or JavaScript scripting proficiency preferred.
  • Experience in crypto, Web3, or high-growth technology environments preferred.
  • Experience building internal AI capabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Audit AI usage and operational workflows to identify high-leverage opportunities.
  • Prioritize AI implementation opportunities by time savings, output quality, and strategic impact.
  • Design, test, and iterate on prompts and prompt chains.
  • Build repeatable AI workflows for reporting, analysis, planning, and communications.
  • Develop evaluation criteria for AI output quality and reliability.
  • Maintain a versioned prompt library and AI playbook.
  • Implement automations for reporting, research summaries, meeting preparation, and follow-up.
  • Integrate AI tooling with Slack, Notion, Monday.com, and Google Workspace.
  • Evaluate AI tools using build-versus-buy-versus-configure criteria.
  • Scope agentic workflows to replace manual processes.
  • Train leadership and cross-functional teams on AI tools and workflows.
  • Create documentation and training materials for self-service adoption.
  • Track AI adoption metrics, hours saved, output quality, and process improvements.
  • Iterate on workflows using usage data and team feedback.
  • Report AI impact and adoption roadmaps to founders.
