About the Role

As AI Lead, you will develop agent tooling, build demo agents, integrate AI-driven workflows into internal systems, lead rapid experiments, architect ecosystem-aware AI solutions, and influence teams to adopt AI technologies.

Requirements

• Strong experience with LLMs and agent architectures or other AI tooling
• Proficiency with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and Hugging Face
• Experience building in Web3 and understanding of crypto systems
• Ability to design, test, and iterate AI-powered features rapidly
• Ability to architect systems-thinking-driven AI solutions
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills
• Familiarity with crypto frameworks such as RIG, Eliza, or Virtuals preferred
• Familiarity with onchain/Web3, SQL, big data, NFTs, or tokens is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Experiment rapidly with AI agents and frameworks
• Develop foundational agent-building tools and developer tooling
• Build demo agents that showcase agent capabilities
• Integrate AI technologies into internal systems and workflows
• Design and lead fast-cycle experiments to validate AI features
• Architect AI solutions that account for ecosystem and business goals
• Establish partnerships with AI builders and researchers
• Communicate and influence teams to adopt AI-driven workflows
