About the Role
You will build and operate infrastructure for large-scale training and evaluation. You will develop inference and grading platforms, improve compute scheduling and GPU utilization, diagnose system bottlenecks, and create self-service tooling, validation, and observability for research workflows.
Requirements
- Software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building or operating large-scale distributed systems
- Experience with ML infrastructure, inference systems, GPU performance, or infrastructure tooling
- Experience debugging across system boundaries
- Performance and reliability measurement skills
Responsibilities
- Build and operate large-scale training and evaluation infrastructure
- Develop shared inference and grading platforms
- Improve compute scheduling and resource allocation
- Diagnose bottlenecks across training, inference, and orchestration
- Build self-service tools, automated validation, and observability
