About the Role
You will build and deliver a structured knowledge platform that makes technical documentation queryable and accessible through AI-native interfaces. You will design AWS serverless pipelines to ingest content from headless CMS and Git repositories, define graph schemas and ontologies, and write optimized graph-database queries. You will build retrieval APIs, implement validation controls to detect documentation drift, collaborate with writers and engineers, review code, and mentor engineers.

- Build and deliver the knowledge platform for AI-native knowledge delivery
- Design, configure, and orchestrate AWS serverless pipelines
- Ingest content from headless CMS and Git repositories
- Define graph schemas and ontologies
- Write optimized idempotent graph-database queries
- Build high-performance retrieval interfaces for developers and AI agents
- Implement automated validation controls to detect documentation drift
- Collaborate with technical writers, product managers, engineering teams, and cloud teams
- Review code and mentor engineers
