About the Role
You will own the execution of AI adoption projects end to end across business units such as Compliance, Legal and Customer Support. You will embed with business teams to understand their workflows, identify gaps and pain points, and translate them into practical AI-driven solutions. You will personally build quick-win solutions like internal tools, automations and prompt-based workflows, and partner with engineering teams to scope and deliver larger cross-functional initiatives. You will track and report on impact, build reusable playbooks and templates, and continuously evaluate emerging AI tools. You will also help run AI literacy activities, maintain internal AI playbooks and prompt libraries, and act as the first point of contact for business units with new AI use-case ideas.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project execution, product management or technical delivery with hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-based tools or products
- Demonstrated ability to independently build and ship practical AI-powered solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Working understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and agentic/automation frameworks
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and switching between hands-on builder and AI PM roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent practical experience
Responsibilities
- Own execution of AI adoption projects end-to-end across business units
- Embed with business teams to understand workflows and identify gaps and pain points
- Translate identified gaps into scoped AI-driven solution proposals
- Implement AI products, copilots, automated workflows and internal tools and drive adoption post-launch
- Track and report on impact such as efficiency gains and quality improvements
- Build reusable playbooks and templates from transformation projects
- Act as an AI PM partnering with engineering and R&D teams to scope, prioritize and drive delivery
- Personally build quick-win solutions such as internal tools, automations and prompt-based workflows
- Maintain working knowledge of company AI tooling and infrastructure
- Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools and techniques for internal use cases
- Run AI literacy and enablement activities for non-technical business units
- Maintain internal AI playbooks, prompt libraries and tooling documentation
- Act as first point of contact for business units with AI use-case ideas
- Share learnings and reusable components across the AI enablement function
