About the Role
Own end-to-end AI adoption projects across business units, embedding with teams to identify workflow gaps and translating them into practical AI-driven solutions. Build quick-win tools, automations, and prompt-based workflows while partnering with engineering on larger initiatives, tracking impact, maintaining playbooks, and enabling AI adoption.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project execution, product management, or technical delivery with hands-on exposure to AI/LLM-based tools or products
- Ability to independently build and ship practical AI-powered solutions
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Working understanding of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, and agentic or automation frameworks
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and switch between hands-on builder and AI PM roles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or another regulated industry is a nice-to-have
- Prior cross-functional experience with Compliance, Legal, GBS, or similar functions is a nice-to-have
- Familiarity with enterprise tooling ecosystems and MCP-based integrations is a nice-to-have
- Experience with an internal AI Center of Excellence or enablement program is a nice-to-have
Responsibilities
- Own execution of AI adoption projects end-to-end across business units
- Embed with business teams to understand workflows and identify gaps and pain points
- Translate identified gaps into scoped AI-driven solution proposals
- Implement AI products, copilots, automated workflows, and internal tools and drive adoption post-launch
- Track and report on efficiency gains, time saved, and quality improvements
- Build reusable playbooks and templates from transformation projects
- Act as an AI PM partnering with engineering and R&D teams to scope, prioritize, and drive delivery
- Personally build quick-win internal tools, automations, and prompt-based workflows
- Maintain knowledge of company AI tooling and infrastructure
- Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools and techniques
- Run AI literacy and enablement activities for non-technical business units
- Maintain internal AI playbooks, prompt libraries, and tooling documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for business units with AI use-case ideas
- Share learnings and reusable components across the AI enablement function
