About the Role
You will lead the design, delivery, and operational support of scalable full-stack products. You will shape architecture with stakeholders, embed responsible AI capabilities, build resilient and observable systems, improve software quality and reliability, mentor engineers, and modernize investment and compliance platforms.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering enterprise-scale applications and platforms
- Experience using AI-enabled engineering practices, intelligent development tools, and responsible AI techniques
- Full-stack engineering expertise with modern application architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and large-scale platform design
- Experience building and operating cloud-native platforms with deployment, observability, and platform engineering practices
- Experience with container orchestration platforms
- Experience in financial services, investment technology, compliance technology, or regulatory technology
- Communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, delivery, and operational support of scalable full-stack product capabilities
- Partner with product, engineering, compliance, and business stakeholders to define requirements and technical direction
- Apply AI-enabled engineering practices and embed responsible AI capabilities into products and services
- Build scalable, resilient, secure, and observable systems
- Champion automated testing, software quality, development operations, production readiness, and site reliability engineering principles
- Mentor engineers and elevate technical standards
- Drive platform modernization initiatives across investment and compliance workflows
