About the Role
You will own customer relationships and commercial outcomes after signature. You will support deal scoping, set pilot success criteria, coordinate account delivery, turn customer goals into deployment milestones, identify expansion opportunities, and represent account needs internally. You will use technical judgment to advise senior customer stakeholders on AI infrastructure tradeoffs.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical depth
- 3+ years in technical and commercial ownership roles
- AI infrastructure knowledge

Responsibilities
- Own customer relationships and commercial outcomes from signature onward
- Partner with Account Executives on pilot scoping, success criteria, and technical-commercial framing
- Run account operating rhythms across delivery, product, and support functions
- Translate customer goals into deployment milestones
- Identify and drive new workloads, teams, and use cases within accounts
- Represent account needs internally with technical precision
