About the Role
You will design and deliver technical learning experiences for OpenAI APIs, Codex, agents, evaluations, and platform capabilities. You will lead training, workshops, and adoption programs; tailor enablement plans; develop reusable materials; and synthesize customer feedback to improve products and programs.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing or instructional experience with senior technical and C-level audiences
- Presentation and communication skills
- Software engineering, software development lifecycle, and API knowledge
- Knowledge of AI systems, RAG, evaluation strategies, and agentic systems
- Experience leading structured technical training, workshops, or enablement sessions
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own technical enablement for OpenAI products and platform capabilities
- Lead customer training and enablement across the customer lifecycle
- Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced training, executive briefings, hackathons, and workshops
- Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value
- Develop customer-specific enablement plans with Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Product
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback for internal stakeholders
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for designated product areas
