About the Role
You will design and deliver technical enablement experiences for ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, agents, and APIs. You will lead customer training and workshops, drive adoption programs, coordinate customer handoffs, develop reusable materials, and turn customer feedback into product and program improvements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer-facing or instructional experience with senior technical and C-level audiences
- Presentation and communication skills
- Coding, agent, and API knowledge
- Knowledge of AI systems, RAG, evaluation strategies, and fine-tuning
- Experience leading structured technical training, workshops, or enablement sessions
- Ability to connect technical capabilities to business outcomes
Responsibilities
- Own technical enablement for ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and API capabilities
- Lead customer training and enablement across the customer lifecycle
- Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced training, executive briefings, hackathons, and workshops
- Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value
- Coordinate customer handoffs with Sales, AI Success Engineers, Solutions Engineering, and Product
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback for internal stakeholders
