About the Role
Support the administration, coordination, and continuous improvement of enterprise AI tools and related technical programs, including platform configuration, connectors, access management, API work, testing, governance, security, operational cleanup, documentation, and task ownership.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience with enterprise technology tools, IT operations, security, or technical program coordination
- Strong interest in AI platforms, integrations, and enterprise use cases
- Ability to work across strategic and operational tasks
- Hands-on mindset with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Comfort working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Willingness to take on a broad range of tasks and help wherever needed
Responsibilities
- Manage enterprise AI platforms including configuration, access, settings, connectors, permissions, and operational support
- Track and evaluate new features, releases, integrations, and connector capabilities across AI tools
- Support governance, risk review, and oversight of AI tooling in coordination with IT and security
- Assist with API work including documentation, testing, and operational follow-up
- Perform operational cleanup, organization, and process follow-through to improve efficiency
- Support AI engineering efforts including testing and implementation support
- Provide IT and security support based on business needs and priorities
- Identify gaps, organize next steps, and move work from reactive to proactive
