About the Role
You'll join the Design & Production team and take charge of a huge and varied output of creative assets across multiple regions and dozens of projects at once. Instead of producing every asset by hand, you'll build systems and workflows that let AI tools multiply your output, while you focus on orchestrating design production. You'll be comfortable being the only designer in a room full of marketers and salespeople, and you'll think like a systems designer who happens to also be creative.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney Adobe Firefly Stable Diffusion or Runway
- Strong command of Figma including component libraries auto-layout and variables
- Experience building scalable template systems not just good-looking one-offs
- Ability to prompt AI tools to produce on-brand output consistently
- Comfort working across formats including presentations brochures social graphics email and video and print
- Portfolio that shows both creative quality and operational volume
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an automated production pipeline for client proposals pitch decks one-pagers and commercial templates
- Orchestrate production of social media visuals email banners newsletter templates and video reels using AI image generation motion tools and Figma component systems
- Own the full design pipeline for event activations including stands rollups invitations print files and digital event assets
- Use AI-assisted video tools to produce branded short-form content spokesperson reels announcement videos and social shorts
- Build and maintain a scalable design system including master templates Figma component libraries and naming and filing conventions
- Cut average production time by 60%+ through brief-to-output workflows
