You will study the behaviors that make agents thoughtful, clear, perceptive, proactive, and easy to work with. You will turn behavioral judgments and user signals into hypotheses, evaluations, training data, reward signals, and model improvements, then validate changes through experimentation, training, evaluation, and launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of excellent agent collaboration
• Turn qualitative judgments about model behavior into hypotheses, evals, graders, and training interventions
• Study user signals to identify behaviors that create trust, satisfaction, continued use, and successful outcomes
• Produce rollout and preference data with human experts and trainers
• Improve reward models and RL objectives for model behaviors
• Build pipelines for updating older training data
• Turn consumer insight into model improvements and validate them in workflows
• Own projects from behavioral failure through experimentation, training, evaluation, and launch
