About the Role
You will lead advanced trading product managers and set priorities across spot, margin, futures, perpetuals, and options. You will own product strategy, roadmaps, delivery, competitive analysis, and compliant-market readiness. You will oversee trading workflows, account and margin models, risk checks, market data, liquidity parameters, fee strategy, and trading user experience. You will work with engineering, risk, compliance, legal, operations, business development, institutional clients, market makers, and vendors.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of experience on crypto trading platforms
- Direct competitor experience at a top-tier centralized exchange
- Expertise in perpetuals, futures, options, unified margin, portfolio margin, funding rates, index and mark prices, liquidation engines, and market microstructure
- Experience leading product management teams and delivering large-scale trading platform programs
- Understanding of liquidity economics and exchange risk frameworks
- Experience with regulatory-sensitive launches in Singapore, the European Union, Hong Kong, the United States, Japan, Australia, or the United Arab Emirates
- Experience working with institutional clients, market makers, and vendors
- Fluent English and Mandarin
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of advanced trading product managers
- Set priorities and allocate ownership across product lines
- Manage roadmaps, cross-functional sequencing, milestones, risk escalation, and post-launch reviews
- Set the advanced trading product strategy across web and app
- Analyze competitors and identify differentiation opportunities
- Track traditional finance and crypto-derivatives market structure trends
- Oversee account models, order lifecycle, margin and risk checks, position management, market data, and matching and settlement interfaces
- Drive trading user experience improvements
- Own liquidity parameters and fee strategy for delta-one products
- Partner with market makers and institutional clients to improve spreads, depth, slippage, and fill rates
- Own product readiness for licensed onshore markets
- Translate jurisdictional requirements into product specifications
- Serve as the primary product liaison across internal and external stakeholders
