About the Role

You will serve as a primary contact for prospective applicants, applicants, and incoming students. You will process applications, review credentials and required documentation, support admissions operations and recruitment travel, assist with visa processing, manage website content, and complete administrative work.

Requirements

  • At least three years of relevant administrative, customer service, or technology support experience
  • Written and oral communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience managing complex processes in a technological environment
  • Data management and analytical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, student databases, CRM systems, and/or Slate
  • Ability to handle confidential information and materials
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for prospective applicants, applicants, and incoming students
  • Process admissions applications and related materials
  • Review applicant submissions and credentials for eligibility, authenticity, and completeness
  • Track transcripts and certification forms for matriculation
  • Prepare data for institutional and government submissions, including GPA calculation and verification
  • Determine eligibility for financial subsidies
  • Support fall recruitment travel and maintain relationships with pre-law advisors
  • Conduct basic file reviews for the admissions process
  • Assist with visa processing for incoming students
  • Manage website content
  • Support administrative and office tasks
