About the Role

You will process and code invoices and credit notes, match purchase orders to invoices, and post correction journals and intercompany transactions. You will communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders, run weekly multi-currency supplier payments, administer company credit cards, maintain supplier master data and approval matrices, and support accounts payable processes and controls.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience in SSC, GBS, or BPO
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Numerical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
• Ability to identify problems and propose solutions
• Fluent English
• Organizational skills
• Ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Code and review direct invoices and credit notes
• Match purchase orders to incoming invoices
• Post correction journals and intercompany transactions
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders about inquiries
• Carry out weekly multi-currency supplier payment runs for international offices
• Manage company credit card administration
• Maintain supplier-account master data and invoice and purchase-order approval matrices
• Help maintain accounts payable processes and controls
