About the Role

You will guide customers through onboarding, drive product adoption, and expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling. You will monitor customer health, run regular touchpoints and business reviews, and manage renewals and failed payments. You will document business and technical outcomes, coordinate internal resources, and collaborate with support and engineering to resolve customer issues.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role in post-sales (technical account management customer success or sales engineering)
  • Interest and understanding of Web3 technologies
  • Experience working with blockchain is a plus
  • Track record of customer retention and growth through excellent service
  • Strong communication and presentation skills including executive-level communication
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and spreadsheets (Excel)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent listening negotiation and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new customers

  • Research verify and manage subscription renewal data and pricing
  • Work with marketing to develop testimonials referrals and case studies
