About the Role
Work with senior researchers on projects supporting customer market making. Analyze large-scale trading data, identify patterns, and develop models that improve trading algorithms using quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning.
Requirements
- Be pursuing an advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or another quantitative field
- Demonstrate strong quantitative, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in Python and/or C/C++
- Have experience with data analysis libraries such as Pandas or NumPy
- Communicate and collaborate effectively on technical and non-technical subjects
- Solve technical or quantitative problems under pressure
- Express ideas mathematically and algorithmically
- Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
Responsibilities
- Conduct research supporting customer market making
- Analyze large-scale trading data to identify patterns
- Develop models that improve trading algorithms
- Apply quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, and deep learning techniques
- Complete one or two research projects with senior mentorship
